How do I book?
You can book your sessions online through our easy consultation scheduling page. Before and after completing a program, you get a free consultation to discuss your goals, experience, lifestyle and next steps.
What programs are offered?
We offer 3-month and 6-month personal training programs tailored to your goals including building upper body strength, growing glutes, improving your cardio health, and more. We also offer one-time sessions for those looking for quick feedback.
Where is in-person training available?
In-person training is only available for clients in select locations within Central Mass and Eastern Mass, including the Greater Boston area.
What do I need for in-person training?
You need a home gym or a gym membership with a guest pass for sessions. If you don't have either option, you’ll need to arrange a guest pass at your expense or train online instead. We have great programs available for home workouts.
